(Note: If donations are made to "Phoenix Sunrise" we will consider fee reduction) We accept payment through PayPal or prepaid money order. Payment arrangements must be paid prior to the online treatment sessions.
 

  Phoenix Clubhouse rates are as follows:

- Online Therapy:

$45.00 per half hour (You may pay via PayPal directly via e-mail below).

- One-on-One Live Therapy in your neighborhood:

$110.00 Individual Session (50 minute session)
$140.00 Couple Therapy (50 minute session)
$150.00 Family Therapy (90 minute session)
$150.00 Intervention (90 minute session)
$35.00   Group Therapy (90 minute session)
$150.00 Workshop (per hour + expenses)
$150.00 Lecture (per hour + expenses)

- Package Plans** (special arrangements upon request):

10 session individual plan 30 minutes per session $400.00 20 session individual plan 30 minutes per session $750.00 52-session families plan 30 minutes per session $2000.00

- Business, Corporate, and Organizational fees:

Fees are based on $500 per half day including expenses

Donations:

We currently have a project underway to provide housing for a wellness center "Phoenix Sunrise" that includes family members and their spouses in need of care. We are trying to raise cash for this undertaking here on Long Island. Property is expensive and we could use any donation that you feel is appropriate. We will consider some reduction of our therapy sessions if a donation is made. Donations can be made directly to PayPal via our e-mail or click on PayPal below to sign-up for internet transfers of money.
